You certainly hit the proverbial nail on the head regarding black cabs… I just had to take a couple of cabs on a recent trip to the States, and was simply amazed at how bad they are compared to London. (We had a cab start driving off with a passenger only half-way in the car!)

I look forward to reading about Paris for my next trip there!

Thanks for the plug! I’ll certainly be trying to come up with some weird and wonderful stuff. Wish I’d known about TPT before our trip to Paris last Feb – what a great city, it’s so big and spacious after living in Zürich.
