Daniel Tammet - Savant

If you read my post Kim Peek….Is There a French Connection and went over to Clara’s website, Tips of All Sorts, then you have probably seen the five amazing videos I spoke about featuring Kim Peek. Clara has brought to my attention another savant, this time from Great Britian by the name of Daniel Tammet. Like Peek, Tammet (the Boy with the Incredible Brain) has extraordinary abilities!  You can read more about him in his book, Born on a Blue Day.

Daniel Tammet does not only conquer numbers, but languages as well! It took me years to become fluent in French; Daniel Tammet can learn a new language in seven days! (I wish I possessed that ability!) In any case, for another fascinating video documentary, and/or to see the others in case you missed them, I suggest once again going over to Clara’s site. You’ll be truly amazed!
