Rendez-vous For a Love Affair!
If you carry on a love affair with chocolate, then I’ve got a rendez-vous for you! The 13th annual Salon du Chocolat will take place starting in Paris, then New York, Moscow, Beijing, and ending in Tokyo. (Hmm! Did I disappoint some of you who clicked on here?!)
Not if you’re a chocolate lover! The Salon du Chocolat de Paris is from the 19th until the 22nd of October at the Porte de Versailles. 130 of some of the best chocolate makers
from around the world, with more than 400 participants will be showing off their goods at this year’s affair! It only seems fitting that Mexico will be exhibiting their chocolate from the state of Tabasco for the first time at the Paris salon, since this is the country where cocoa and chocolate first originated from.
For more information, or a list of many of the world famous chocolate makers taking part, visit their website. You can learn everything you want to know about cocoa and the making of chocolate, or you can just go to indulge! It’s all up to you, but be sure to mark your calendars! It’ll be an affair to remember! (Lol.)
