The Paris Traveler

I recently sent one of my poems (not this one) to be included in the Jack Kerouac exhibit that will be taking place on the 23rd of September in Paris at the Cabaret Pirate in front of the BNF (Bibliothèque Nationale de France), which got me to thinking….  How could I have not seen that my poem, This Is Paris To Me, fits in perfectly with my blog!

Cobble stone streets; and chic cafés.
Strolling down the Champs Elysées.
Going into the Madeleine,
or riding the Bateaux Mouches on the Seine.

And I don’t mean Paris Hilton!  Just about everyone who goes to Paris goes up to the top of the Eiffel Tower for its spectacular view.
Well this is my list of other great places that you should definitely go to the top of for a fantastic view. (These are in no particular order; they’re all great for one reason or another!) Yes, I’ll include the Eiffel Tower because if I don’t, someone will be sure to say, “Where’s the Eiffel Tower?”
