Cheese, or fromage en Français, is one of my favorite things to eat. The smellier, runnier, bleu-er, sharper, the better. And no better place to be a cheese lover than in France. They are connoisseurs of this wonderful dairy process–likened to being a fine crafter of wines or a gourmet chef.
