Welcome To The Paris Traveler
Hello and thank you for stopping in at the Paris Traveler. My name is Lynn and I’ll be your eyes, ears, and guide to this incredible city. Just the word - Paris - evokes romance, dreams, emotions, love, beauty, fashion, etc, It is all that, and so much more!
It is the place where I have lived the longest and know the best. I have carried on a love affair with Paris for over thirty-five years and have watched the changes that have taken place, some good, and yes, some bad. This is a city with so much to do and see. I’ll not only talk about the sights and must sees, but I’ll also try and guide you toward the fun and out of the way places that I think you might enjoy, and would perhaps miss along the way.
So, if you are planning on visiting the “City of Lights” or you dream about going there one day; or perhaps you have been to Paris and hope to someday return, or you happen to live in this fabulous city, then The Paris Traveler is just the place for you! (I think that about covers everyone!)
So put on your walking shoes, it is the best way to see Paris. We’ll go down little winding streets and peek into small boutiques and galleries, not to mention bistros and cafés. If you happen to have a favorite restaurant or hangout in Paris, fun thing to do, or upcoming event, you can always contact me and make a recommendation, or post a comment. I hope to see you here as a regular and be sure to tell your family and friends to drop in as well. Everyone is welcome!

Cory, I’m tempted to say you may have been watching just one too many episodes of the Twilight Zone…you know, the one with the parallel universe!

Welcome to b5, Lynn! I just love LOVE Paris.
Before I went to Paris, I kept thinking that it won’t live up to what the books, movies, TV, etc make it to be. But, when I finally did arrive, I fell for it. Smitten for life.
So, I’m only too happy to see a Paris blog here on b5. Again, welcome and I hope you enjoy it here.

Thanks Shai, (I like your name!) I think almost everyone falls in love with Paris. Yes there are exceptions, but usually it’s because they had a “bad experience” dealing with someone, or something and not because of the city itself. I’m sure I’ll enjoy blogging here at B5 very much.
